Non-Compliant TechTarget Launches Compliance Journal

Only in America folks!

Only in America folks!

A tech publisher who could not file its year-end financial results due to improper accounting, say for the past three months, decides to launch a Compliance Journal. While its investors are waiting to find out what happened to their investment, TechTarget announces that they are launching a new magazine on Compliance! :- )

TechTarget CEO Greg Strakosch

Regarding this launch TechTarget said the site gives strategic technology and business professionals the resources they need to better understand Federal regulations and bring their organization into compliance. The original, expert editorial for the site is led directly by Mark Schlack, TechTarget's vice president of editorial and a 20-year veteran of IT publishing.

How about their CEO Greg Strakosch and the management team get a crash course on compliance first before they think they can teach compliance to others.

In February online and print media provider TechTarget Inc. said that it has delayed the release of its fourth-quarter earnings report due to improper accounting methods linked to its Web broadcasting revenue.

There are two leading compliance magazines in the market today: Sarbanes and Oxley Journal and Compliance Journal, both published by Jack Martin.
