Questions to ask from your Search Engine Optimizer ?

I was surfing through the blogs when I suddenly came upon this post titled "Seo Interview question " and I really find some great insight SEO ideas and options. The post was good and perfect from many perspectives. First, if you are an employer and want to have a concise list of questions to estimate the knowledge of the candidate this post is really a worth reading for you. On the other hand, SEO newbies and intermediate level experts can find some more insight into subject. So I recommend this post both for employers and SEOs.
