Lapmaster Anuncia su Adquisición de Peter Wolters

Lapmaster Group Holdings LLC, proveedor líder de equipos de alta precisión y servicios para lapeado, pulido, amolado y esmerilado, anunció hoy que ha adquirido Peter Wolters GmbH, un proveedor de máquinas herramienta y sistemas para procesamiento de superficies de alta precisión. Headwaters MB, una firma de banca de inversión del mercado medio, asesoró a Lapmaster sobre la transacción.
