Customer Spotlight: How Keeping Digital Drives Real Estate

 

As a real estate agent, I help clients complement their lives with the ideal property. Often, I imagine the emotional jolt when confirming that the dream home is theirs.  A successful transaction is far more than legalities and signatures: it guarantees that our clients fulfill milestones in their lives.

I practice what I preach and only use the tools that enable success in today’s warp speed market. Today, customers want the real estate experience to match their elation. Naturally, closing a property deal should never be a painful stress due to mountains of paperwork and hours in cold offices. Fortunately, today’s technology includes DocuSign. Now, I wield multiple transactions with ease and finesse. My clients – regardless of age – are increasingly thrilled with the reassurance that they will zip through their real estate transaction with DocuSign without having to physically camp out in my office.

I have a young client for whom I have handled four separate transactions. Not only will this benefit your awareness of the field, you will draw in clients who look to you as an invaluable real estate information and best practice resource.
