NEW YORK, April 26, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Backtrack, an app created to let users share, discover, and listen to music, is in the last two weeks of its Kickstarter campaign and is seeking further donations with the intent of attaining funding to develop the app for iOS, Android, and the web. As Backtrack receives support through the campaign, users from all over the world will be able to share their musical tastes with one another through the new innovative app.

"This marvel can become an evolutionary entrance into the world of music lovers," said Frank Bouc.

The features of Backtrack include an option to listen to streaming radio as well as choosing from their music library, which has millions of songs in the database. From the vast selection of music, users will be able to customize playlists to match their musical tastes at any particular time. Perhaps the most enticing portion of Backtrack is the social aspect, where users have the option to share their musical tastes with others. With Tunechat, the user is able to select a song, type a short message, and send it directly to their friend in a private message.  RaveTrack allows users to sync phones together through a Bluetooth or WiFi network, so they can share music preferences with one another to allow for genre diversity in social situations.

The most astounding feature of Backtrack is the TrackChat feature, which gives users the capability to have monthly Q&A sessions with their favorite artists. Users will get private access to events, and they will also get to create their own questions.

Backtrack, however, is more than just a music app. Through their mission of connectivity, the company aims to bring together all facets of the music industry in order to facilitate communication and new discoveries. Now, musicians, both independent and established, will have an opportunity for success because Backtrack will connect them with the right contacts and an avid audience.

About Backtrack

As a new startup in the software industry, Backtrack seeks to work with musicians and music lovers in order to encourage people to share different genres and musical tastes with one another. The company is currently working with independent and award-winning artists to negotiate promising deals and to offer a diverse range of music through the app. Through a successful relationship between artists and their audience, Backtrack seeks to be a positive influence in the way quality music is spread amongst enjoyers of music.
