Dish Network Corp. Analyst Notes
On April 1, 2014, Dish Network Corp. (Dish) and The Walt Disney Company (Disney) jointly announced the availability of WATCH ABC, WATCH ABC Family, WATCH Disney Channel, WATCH Disney XD and WatchESPN, enabling DISH's 14 million video subscribers to access live and on-demand news, entertainment and sports programming on computers, smartphones, tablets, gaming consoles and connected devices. Whole Foods Market, Inc. Analyst Notes
On April 1, 2014, Whole Foods Market Inc. (Whole Foods) announced that it will acquire 4 stores from New Frontiers Natural Marketplace for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition is expected to be completed in the coming few weeks, after which the stores will operate under the Whole Foods banner. The acquisition is considered to be a strategic fit for Whole Foods as it will help the Company expand in the markets of Arizona and California.
