SAN DIEGO, March 17, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- BioMed Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: BMR) today announced that its board of directors has declared a first quarter 2014 dividend of $0.25 per share of common stock. The dividend is equivalent to an annualized dividend of $1.00 per common share.
The common stock dividend is payable on April 15, 2014 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2014.
