SDL (LSE: SDL) hat heute die SDL Customer Experience Cloud™ veröffentlicht, eine konsolidierte Produktsuite, die Marketingexperten dabei unterstützt, ein kanal-, gerät- und sprachübergreifendes nahtloses globales Kundenerlebnis zu schaffen und bereitzustellen.

In der SDL Customer Experience Cloud werden die Bereiche Web Content Management, Kampagnenmanagement, Social Intelligence und Analytics, E-Commerce, Sprachlösungen und Dokumentation kombiniert.
