Deloitte, Salesforce Collaborate on Digital Marketing Management Tool

Target customers include enterprise users

Deloitte has integrated a resource management accelerator into Salesforce.com’s marketing cloud product.

The combined tool seeks to help with customer insights, business productivity and customer experience for the client and is intended for media and entertainment, financial services, healthcare and other industries, Deloitte said Thursday.

The accelerator built on Salesforce’s ExactTarget platform works to help enterprise users in the full marketing campaign lifecycle from workflow approvals, reporting and documentation.

“Our accelerator extends and enhances Deloitte’s strengths in cloud computing, mobile, digital and social marketing,” said Mark Lush, principal at Deloitte Consulting LLP.

“With this accelerator, users can update and access customer data in today’s anywhere, everywhere work environment, he added.
