SAN JOSE, Calif., Oct. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- GenMobi Technologies today announced the creation of Buzz (TM), the first mobile predator-free network and content provider for children and teenagers. The pioneer and patent- pending technology created by GenMobi Technologies powers the Buzz(TM) Ideal Social Network and enables it to proactively identify predators and bullies, exclude them from the community, and according to the offense, report them to legal authorities.

Unlike the Internet that allows anonymity, Buzz(TM) was created as a mobile service to provide identification and validation of each user on a secure platform. Buzz(TM) also parses messages before they are sent and blocks all offensive language and expressions while allowing parents to receive transcripts of all communication.

This Ideal Social Network developed by GenMobi Technologies encompasses services that both parents and children want. In addition to its real time translator that allows children to exchange messages with other kids around the world, Buzz(TM) also features extensive sports, fashion, games and music content that appeals to the 8-17 demographic.

"We are creating a new paradigm. Any social network or community must be able to protect the privacy and security of its users," explains Michael J. Schultz, CEO and co-founder of GenMobi Technologies. "Besides the original technology that we developed and the value that we offer to our mobile operator partners, we are also committed to the children and youth of the world by giving 10% of all net revenues to children's social causes. In fact, we are the only for-profit company endorsed by UNESCO," adds Mr. Schultz.

During the past few months GenMobi Technologies has secured investments of over $400,000 from private and corporate sources and is currently in talks with several VCs as well as additional private equity sources.

When talking IoT we often focus on the devices, the sensors, the hardware itself. The new smart appliances, the new smart or self-driving cars (which are amalgamations of many ‘things').
