SPOKANE, Wash., March 13, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Red Lion Hotels Corporation (NYSE: RLH) today announced the company has signed a franchise license agreement with Sandhu NW Hospitality LLC, the owners of a hotel in Kennewick, Washington. The future Red Lion Inn & Suites Kennewick is expected to convert to the brand in early April.

"The hotel is just a little over two years old and is in a fantastic location for both sports groups and business professionals."

Currently the Cedar Inn & Suites Kennewick, the hotel, located at 602 North Young Street, is a 61-room limited service property with an indoor pool and 300 square feet of state of the art meeting space.  The hotel is walking distance to Three Rivers Convention Center and the Toyota Center, and just five miles from the Southridge Sports Complex.
