In most cases, the customer can have the keys to their luxury rental vehicle before they even get their luggage.

Using a tablet loaded with mobile office software made it possible for the vehicle rental company to take the vehicle to the customers, instead of the customer coming to an office and waiting in line to get a vehicle.  "With us taking advantage of mobile technology, we are able to take the vehicle to any of the three local airports to greet the customer as they arrive or have it delivered to their hotel or vacation rental." says Blair
