FOX Digital Entertainment and Angry Mob Games are excited to announce their new game, Alien vs. Predator: EVOLUTION (AVP: EVOLUTION), has arrived today on the App Store for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch, and on Google Play for Android phones and tablets. In this brand new expedition into the expansive Alien vs. Predator universe, players engage in a battle between two iconic extraterrestrials on a distant and hostile planet. As a follow-up to the success of PREDATORS™, premier game developer Angry Mob Games created an incredibly exciting new chapter to one of the most memorable sci-fi universes ever created.
"Angry Mob Games has outdone itself with AVP: EVOLUTION, creating compelling gameplay and a graphically stunning experience that lives up to the Alien vs. Predator pedigree," says Rick Phillips, Senior Vice President, FOX Digital Entertainment. "The exciting combat, rich narrative and massive amounts of upgradeable weapons, armor and abilities are a seamless way to draw fans deeper into the universe of the AVP mythology. And, for gamers looking for their next great experience, AVP: EVOLUTION delivers."
In AVP: EVOLUTION, players become the Alien and the Predator, battling their way through multiple environments, earning character upgrades and learning new and brutal execution moves as gameplay progresses. Gamers will hone their skills and customize their characters as they journey deeper into an ancient war between Predator clans that have caught the Aliens in the middle. Playing as both the Predator and the Alien, players evolve from novice warriors to the ultimate sci-fi hunting machines.
AVP: EVOLUTION raises the bar for visuals in a way only made possible with the powerful Unity game development ecosystem. With detailed character models and breathtaking environments, AVP: EVOLUTION recreates the immersive Alien vs. Predator universe on iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and Android devices like never before.
The Alien vs. Predator: EVOLUTION App is available for $4.99 from the App Store on iPhone, iPad and iPod touch or at www.AppStore.com/AVPEvolution, or from Google Play on Android phones and tablets at http://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.fde.avpevolution.
