1. Include links to video within your press release or your pitches to the media. 3. Approach members of the media with the understanding that their contact information is more readily available online, than it was previously, so they are being pitched by more people, most of whom don't know how to pitch them effectively. Think ahead of time about what each media outlet might need and offer it in your initial media pitches. It will save everyone time, and it will greatly increase your success rate of your pitches to the media.
