NEW YORK, Jan. 23, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Capital Trust, Inc. (NYSE: CT) announced today the tax treatment of its 2012 common stock dividends.
During 2012, Capital Trust did not pay any regular quarterly dividends on its class A common stock. On December 20, 2012, Capital Trust paid a special dividend on its class A common stock of $2.00 per share. The following table describes the payment:
