In his role, Kerdman will drive new business opportunities, manage the office's portfolio and develop the operations team. He will report directly to Bob Lall, Managing Director, and be responsible for ensuring the Montreal office provides superior customer service, focusing on helping small- and medium-sized businesses grow through creative and flexible cash flow solutions.

Kerdman joins the company with 23 years of experience in asset based lending and accounts receivable finance. Most recently he was manager, risk assessment at TCE Capital Corp. and Field Auditor at Accord Financial. Prior to that, he was senior manager, operations at Greenfield Financial Group and senior manager, collections at CIT Group/Newcourt Financial Ltd. Kerdman also spent time running his own business as a comprehensive business consultant; he began his career at North American Trust Company as portfolio manager, equipment finance.
