Matomy Media Group acquiert MediaWhiz

TEL-AVIV, Israel et NEW YORK, January 8, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --

Matomy Media Group annonce l'acquisition de MediaWhiz, une agence de médias numériques intégrés, primée et proposant des services complets. Cette acquisition fait suite à l'investissement de Matomy dans Adperio en 2011 et fait partie de la stratégie d'expansion de l'entreprise aux États-Unis.

La banque d'investissement Q Advisors a géré la transaction.

Avec cette acquisition, Matomy devient le plus important groupe de performance à l'échelle mondiale. Hakan Lindskog, ancien PDG de Neverblue, a été nommé président-directeur général de MediaWhiz.

Matomy est une société internationale centrée sur la performance et spécialisée dans la conduite de résultats marketing à travers une variété de canaux de communication : marketing d'affiliation, affichage, mobile, recherche et monnaie virtuelle, au service de 500 des plus grands annonceurs mondiaux par l'intermédiaire de 7 000 éditeurs dans 85 pays.
