Matomy Media Group verwerft MediaWhiz

TEL-AVIV, Israël en NEW YORK, January 8, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --

Matomy Media Group kondigt de overname aan van MediaWhiz, een bekroonde volledige service voor geïntegreerde digitale media. Deze overname volgt de investering van Matomy in Adperio in 2011 en is onderdeel van de uitbreidingsstrategie van het bedrijf in de Verenigde Staten.

De transactie vond plaats onder beheer van investeringsbank Q Advisors.

Met deze overname wordt Matomy de belangrijkste performancegroep die wereldwijd actief is. Hakan Lindskog, voormalig CEO van Neverblue, is benoemd tot CEO van MediaWhiz.

Matomy is een wereldwijd, op performance gebaseerd bedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in het aansturen van marketingresultaten via uiteenlopende mediakanalen: affiliate marketing, display, mobiel, zoekprogramma's en virtuele valuta, en 500 van 's werelds toonaangevende adverteerders verspreid over 7000 uitgevers in 85 landen bedient.

Het succes van MediaWhiz in de onlineperformancemarketing en digitale-mediaruimte wordt breed onderkend. Bij mThink / Revenue Performance magazine staat het netwerk op de tweede plaats qua kosten per acquisitie. Het Advertising Age Agency Report voor 2012 zet MediaWhiz op plek 11 als searchmarketingbureau en op plek 21 als digital-agencynetwerk in de VS.

MediaWhiz combineert expertise in alle vormen van online marketing (affiliate, zoeksystemen, sociale media, display, e-mail en data-acquisitie) met eigen leverings- en analysetechnologieën om de effectiviteit en efficiëntie hoger op te drijven voor een breed scala aan toonaangevende adverteerders.
