Matomy Media Group acquisisce MediaWhiz

TEL-AVIV, Israele e NEW YORK, January 8, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --

Matomy Media Group annuncia l'acquisizione di MediaWhiz, nota agenzia di servizi completi nel settore dei media digitali integrati. Questa acquisizione fa seguito all'investimento di Matomy in Adperio nel 2011 ed è parte della strategia di espansione aziendale negli Stati Uniti.

La transazione è stata gestita dalla banca d'investimento Q Advisors.

Con questa acquisizione Matomy si attesta come il più importante gruppo di performance operativo su scala globale. Hakan Lindskog, ex CEO di Neverblue, è stato nominato CEO di MediaWhiz.

Matomy è un'azienda globale basata sulla performance, specializzata nel raggiungimento dei risultati delle attività di marketing attraverso una varietà di canali media: marketing e display affiliato, mobile marketing, ricerca e moneta virtuale, al servizio di 500 inserzionisti di punta a livello mondiale attraverso 7.000 editori in 85 Paesi.
