Enhanced Position Control HR
Position Control HR is the foundation of DATIS e3 Human Capital Management software. Position Control HR is critical for non-profit behavioral health and human services organizations, as it allows these organizations to budget at the position level independent of employees. We have extended our interactive and actionable organization chart. Managers have more control and numerous functional requests have been added, all utilizing the workflow engine to gain approval.
New Carrier Feeds for Benefits Administration
DATIS has enhanced our already robust benefits administration functionality to include additional integrated carrier feeds. By having integrated carrier feeds, employee eligibility status changes are automatically transmitted to benefit carriers, eliminating human intervention, redundant data entry and potential errors. The automated carrier feeds also greatly simplify the arduous reconciliation of billing statements from benefit providers. Some of the new carriers for which DATIS has become certified include: Medcom, Hartford, ING, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Guardian, UMR, UNUM, Delta, Advantica, Cigna, United Health Care, Benefitfocus, Great West, & Aetna. We are continually adding new carrier feeds.
Credential Management
Credential management and tracking is a critical function for non-profit behavioral health and human services customers. With DATIS e3, our position control helps agencies hire and maintain properly credentialed employees to stay compliant with strict payor, legal and funder requirements. By adding employee statements, we have created a medium to regularly notify employees and mangers of expired or expiring credentials. This helps agencies proactively manage credentials and maintain compliance.
Recruiting Management
DATIS has transformed its applicant tracking functionality to a recruiting management tool. By adding the approval to hire workflow to already existing recruiting functionality, the DATIS e3 solution continues to simplify the recruiting process and shorten the recruiting cycle for our customers by helping them attract and hire the talent needed faster and more efficiently.
Workforce Analytics
DATIS announces a new, powerful, business intelligence toolkit called Workforce Analytics. Workforce Analytics is comprised of executive, administrator and manager dashboards as well as abundant and robust standard reporting and an easy to use custom report builder. Workforce Analytics combines already existing functionality with other reporting enhancements.
DATIS Formalizes Customer Advisory Board
Today we are announcing the formation of a formal customer advisory board. Our customers provide us critical feedback that allows us to improve and enhance our software. DATIS provides enhancements to our customers as part of the their monthly subscription. By transforming our informal process to a formal board, we will give our customers more input to prioritization of enhancements.
New and improved DATIS.com
We have launched our completely redesigned website in time for 2013! It is more informative to both our customers and prospective customers including news, events, the DATIS blog and social media.
