VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/28/12 -- Verisante Technology, Inc. (TSX VENTURE:VRS)(OTCQX:VRSEF) (the "Company" or "Verisante"), a leader in cancer detection technology, announced that, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, a total of 675,000 stock options were issued to Directors and Officers of the Company on the recommendation of the Compensation Committee of Directors.
The options have been issued under the Company's existing Stock Option Plan, with an exercise price of $0.52 and term of five years.
