Toshiba lanzará los reguladores pequeños CMOS-LDO para dispositivos celulares

Toshiba Corporation (TOKYO:6502) anunció hoy que lanzará reguladores LDO de salida individual de 300mA y que utilizan un proceso micro-CMOS recientemente desarrollado para mejorar, significativamente, las características de caída. Con un estuche DFN4 ultra-pequeño (1,0mm x 1,0mm x 0,6mm), la nueva serie TCR3DM alcanza los 140mV (típ.) a 3,0V y 300 mA. Los nuevos reguladores también incluyen un circuito de respuesta transitoria a carga de alta velocidad y un circuito de bajo ruido. Además de las funciones básicas, que incluyen protección contra sobrecorriente, protección contra temperatura excesiva y la autodescarga de salida, estos reguladores de salida de 300mA LDO limitan la corriente de entrada y son recomendados para una amplia gama de aplicaciones, particularmente para los dispositivos celulares.
