Message Bus Offers Industry First Quality of Service Guarantee for On-Time Delivery of Transactional Email

Consumers rely on transactional email to close the loop on purchases and interactions and as auditing references and reminders. However, the audit trail isn't the only benefit of transactional email, abandoned shopping cart emails and other forms of triggered email account for up to 60% of new revenue according to research from Jupiter. Transactional email that is delayed, blocked, poorly timed or routed to the spam folder can negatively impinge on a brand's reputation.
