HOUSTON, TX -- (Marketwire) -- 12/13/12 -- Dr. Sam Sukkar, a board-certified plastic surgeon in Houston, has recently launched a mobile version of his practice's website. The newly-responsive site now formats to a user-friendly interface on smartphones, tablets, and any other electronic devices that have access to the Internet. Dr. Sukkar says he believes providing a responsive mobile version of his website will enhance the experience of both current and prospective patients as they will now be able to access information about his practice on-the-go.
Designed to detect screen dimensions and scale to fit any size device, Dr. Sukkar's mobile website provides patients the ability to browse every page from breast augmentation and tummy tuck, to face lift and BOTOX® Cosmetic. In addition to comprehensive procedural information, the Houston plastic surgeon says the mobile design also allows users to view:
- Patient Testimonials
- Before and After Pictures
- Events and Specials
- Contact Information
- Blog Pages
As the technological age continues to advance, Dr. Sukkar says social media becomes more and more important to the success and improvement of his practice. For this reason, the Houston plastic surgeon also incorporated social media buttons such as Facebook, Twitter, and Google+, among others, in order to enhance connectivity and establish stronger doctor-patient relationships. He says utilizing social media opens the door for patients to contact him with questions, comments, and concerns without having to take time out of their busy schedules to visit the office.
The Houston plastic surgeon also adds that his mobile site enables patients to easily read and post reviews about his practice. Reviews are crucial to accruing new patients, says Dr. Sukkar, and they can be especially beneficial towards building his reputation through word-of-mouth referrals. He feels the easily-accessible combination of patient testimonials and reviews will enhance his patients' experiences by providing them an idea of what to expect for any procedure from breast augmentation surgery to minimally-invasive facial rejuvenation treatments.
Ultimately, Dr. Sukkar says his goal for the site was to provide patients with a trusted medical resource wherever they may be. He feels his duty as a plastic surgeon is not only to provide the highest, most ethical level of care to patients at his Houston plastic surgery practice, but also to share his knowledge and expertise with those in the community who are possibly considering a cosmetic procedure for the first time. He says the site aligns directly with the mission of Sukkar Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and he is excited to witness the positive effect it will have on himself, his staff, and his patients.
