Les tenanciers de bar, les organisateurs d'évènements et les promoteurs utilisent principalement le spam Facebook comme moyen de promotion de leurs manifestations. Désormais, une nouvelle startup propose une solution Web offrant aux petites entreprises la possibilité d'influencer la diversification des clients qui fréquentent leurs établissements, à des prix raisonnables et en temps réel.

L'ingrédient le plus important pour la réussite d'un évènement est, et restera, une bonne « diversification des clients ». Pourtant, ni la promotion conventionnelle à base de prospectus ni l'affichage à outrance sur les « murs » des médias sociaux ne simplifie le ciblage exact du bon groupe. Avec la solution fournie par Xeebel, une nouvelle startup, les organisateurs d'évènements seront désormais en mesure, à l'aide d'une simple interface Web, de générer leurs propres coupons et de les envoyer comme teasers directement sur les téléphones mobiles présents dans leur groupe cible, par exemple un groupe de destinataires issus d'une certaine communauté Facebook.

Les organisateurs pourront sélectionner leur public par le biais de critères conventionnels tels que l'âge et le sexe, mais aussi selon des caractéristiques telles que le lieu de résidence ou même la position actuelle. Grâce aux perceptions « en direct » du système, un promoteur pourra envoyer des coupons ciblés à des personnes spécifiques au cours de l'événement lui-même, même si ces personnes se trouvent dans un établissement concurrent situé 2 kilomètres plus loin.

Les clients et les noctambules, pour leur part, peuvent gérer leurs offres à l'aide de leur téléphone, échanger leurs coupons ou même demander les coupons actifs de leurs amis dans la liste récapitulative.

Ce type d'interaction mobile utilisant des coupons est jusqu'à présent resté unique. C'est pourquoi Xeebel AG appelle « social couponing » son système de coupons mobile.

L'outil de promotion http://www.heatmapz.com est nommé d'après l'application nocturne éponyme, qui a également été développée par Xeebel. L'application de fête, qui jusqu'à présent était utilisée comme baromètre de l'humeur des évènements en cours, est maintenant un moyen de recevoir des offres liées à la vie nocturne. En tant que telle, HeatMapz est la première plateforme locale à introduire la notion de bonnes affaires dans ce marché spécialisé, ce qui lui permet de se démarquer des autres portails de bonnes affaires renommés. Le mot magique est « marketing en temps réel » avec des coupons mobiles. Et non « spamming ».
