SELAH, Wash., Nov. 30, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- This December serve up Grapple® Brand Apples as a twist to the usual holiday food, especially where kids are concerned. Grapples are from Washington State, the world's finest apple growing region, with an innovative method for enhancing the natural flavor of apples with grape. A Fuji or Gala apple is bathed through a patented process, taking on the essence and mouth-watering taste of Concord grapes. The combination is outstanding, and is especially appealing to kids.
"The holidays can be a tough time to keep kids eating healthy snacks with so much temptation on display. Because Grapples are no ordinary apple, they fit into the mood and spirit of the season- something special," said Suzanne Wolter for Rainier Fruit Company.
Add a new twist to these favorite old-fashioned recipes by using Grapples -- kids will enjoy them.
