Potack has joined the firm as Executive Vice President.  Mr. Potack will be responsible for all aspects of the firm's business, including operations, client development, project management and industry relations.

Most recently, Mr. Potack served as Chief Operating Officer at ARA Mid Atlantic and previously as Senior Vice President of Operations and Business Development at Fraser Forbes Company.  Prior to these successful roles he was Vice President with McWilliams Ballard, a new home sales and marketing company, where he was responsible for sales and marketing programs in the mid-Atlantic region with a concentration in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.   During his tenure he was responsible for in excess of 3,300 units with project values of approximately $1.5 billion and produced settled sales of more than $490 million. Prior to his work at McWilliams Ballard, Seth was Vice President managing the financial operations of a local boutique condominium developer and general contractor.  His responsibilities included all project underwriting, feasibility, due diligence, pre-development and development. He structured, negotiated and documented debt and equity financing on all company projects. Mr. Potack holds a BBA in Finance from The George Washington University
