programme de son 23e PUCA, le Forum
Utilisateurs d’ESI
au Japon. L’édition 2012 se tiendra les 21 et 22 Novembre à l’hôtel
Hilton de Shinjuku, Tokyo.

La conférence réunira des utilisateurs, experts et décideurs de
différentes industries ainsi que des représentants d’instituts et
d’universités prestigieux ; leur permettant de partager leurs
connaissances et d’échanger quant à leurs défis immédiats.
Vincent Chaillou, Directeur Général Délégué d’ESI
Group, ouvrira la session plénière en exposant sa vision des
synergies entre l’Ingénierie
Assistée par Ordinateur (IAO), la R&D et l’Innovation, dans le
contexte industriel hautement compétitif que nous connaissons
aujourd’hui.
Masayoshi Suehiro, de la société Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal
Corporation, partagera son expertise des procédés de fabrication dans
une présentation intitulée « Utilisation de l’IAO à travers des
applications liées à l’acier haute-résistance pour les châssis
automobiles ». Les participants pourront comprendre comment ces
matériaux innovants permettent aux fabricants automobiles de réduire le
poids des véhicules de manière significative.
François Gurkini, de chez ArcelorMittal Japan, expliquera ensuite
comment ArcelorMittal utilise l’IAO pour simuler ses procédés
d’emboutissage à chaud dans le cadre de l’industrialisation de l’Usibor1500PR,
un matériau spécialement destiné aux pièces de structure et de sécurité
dans l’industrie automobile, afin de répondre aux exigences d’allègement
des véhicules.
Mitsuhiro Takayama de la société Honda R&D Co., Ltd et Masato
Uemura de chez F.TECH.Inc. fermeront la session plénière avec une
présentation intitulée « Estimation de durabilité grâce à la
prise en compte des procédés de production des pièces de presse ».
Ils expliqueront le besoin d’évaluer précisément l’impact des procédés
de fabrication, d’assemblage et les effets de couplage sur les produits
finis, dans la perspective d’atteindre des objectifs de performance, et
notamment la durabilité.
La session de l’après-midi portera sur les challenges industriels clé
rencontrés par les clients d’ESI
issus d’industries diverses et plus précisément des transports
terrestres, de l’énergie et des industries lourdes.
La session dédiée aux transports terrestres réunira des présentations
d’Autoliv Japan, Nissan Motors Co., Honda R&D Co., F.TECH.Inc, Mazda
Motor Corporation, Y-tec Corporation et l’Université d’Osaka. Durant la
session énergie, ESI
recevra l’Agence Atomique du Japon ainsi que les universités de Toyo,
Gifu, Shizuoka et Tohoku.
Le deuxième jour de la conférence sera l’occasion de découvrir comment
