DecisionPoint and Drivewyze Sign Reseller Agreement

DecisionPoint to be a reseller of Drivewyze(TM) PreClear Weigh Station Bypass Service

SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA -- (Marketwire) -- 11/14/12 -- DecisionPoint Systems Inc., leading provider of enterprise mobility solutions such as Fleet Control, announced today that it has signed a reseller agreement with Drivewyze(TM) Inc., to resell Drivewyze PreClear. Drivewyze PreClear is a new weigh station and inspection site bypass service for commercial vehicle operators.

The agreement brings Drivewyze PreClear into DecisionPoint's Fleet Control offering, a complete turnkey fleet management solution that keep fleets compliant with government and industry regulations, while ensuring fleet productivity and efficiency. Fleet Control is an integrated solution utilizing rugged enterprise devices, XRS' Turnpike Electronic Onboard Recorder (EOBR), proof of delivery and other mobile application options. Additionally, other EOBR suppliers will be providing both Drivewyze and Fleet Control on their products.

The service requires no poles or transponders, and leverages cellular networks and the internet to enable tablets, smartphones and select EOBRs with transponder-like functionality. Drivewyze PreClear also offers intrastate billing options in select states.
