CLEVELAND, Nov. 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Cliffs Natural Resources Inc. (NYSE: CLF) (Paris: CLF) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Company's common shares of $0.625 per share. The cash dividend will be payable on Dec. 3, 2012, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Nov. 23, 2012.
