("Antioquia Gold" or "the Company") (TSX VENTURE:AGD)(OTCQX:AGDXF) announces that the Company has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange for an extension of the expiry date of 11,829,000 warrants (the "Warrants") issued on May 15, 2012 and having an exercise price of $0.20 per common share to November 15, 2013. The extension of the term of the Warrants is effective immediately. All other terms of the Warrants remain the same. For further information on the original issuance of the Warrants, please refer to the press releases of the Company dated April 26, 2012 and May 16, 2012 filed on SEDAR.

Warrant holders are advised that replacement Warrant certificates will not be issued and that the original Warrant certificates must be presented to Antioquia in order to effect the exercise or transfer of such Warrants.
