The second biggest games commercial platform and performance exhibition in the world whose influence is only next to E3 in USA---- G-star will open on November 8th. Shanghai The Dream Network Technology (Dream Square),as benchmark company of Chinese browser-based game developer, will present six new games, among which is the recently released, New Chinese Paladin Online (New PAL Online), which has without doubt drawn the full focus of attention.

New PAL Online is developed by the famous engine Unity 3D, which is one of the world’s three biggest engines together with the Unreal 3 and Frostbite 2.0. Unity 3D will powerfully support game pictures and is famous for its excellent cross-platform performance. New PAL Online can theoretically support login on many platforms including web, android and IOS. Dream Square has announced that New PAL Online will open double-end login on both web and client-side as well as the possibility in the near future of more login platforms such as tablet computers.
New PAL Online took 3 years to research and develop. Using the great experience of Unity 3D, the ability of picture performance has been put to good use. The fineness, shadow effects, strike effects, fluency and other picture-related elements of New PAL Online are impeccable and have received high praise from the producer of Unity Engine. The game video of New PAL Online was also a demo video to showcase the picture performance of Unity 3D.
New PAL Online has recently released some game screenshots and videos, which have even better effects than the famous German 3D web games Drakensang Online and Battlestar Galactica Online. New PAL Online is the first Chinese style game developed by Unity 3D, so there is not much successful work to compare to like other western style games. Therefore, the success in picture performance of New PAL Online is not only success of a single game, but also a good start for domestic Unity 3D games. Domestic 3D web games will have a chance to improve the industry’s weak status particularly in competition with the international web game market in the future.
With the performance of New PAL Online at G-star in Korea, we can foresee that this game is not only the most anticipated game in China, but will also draw the attention of foreign game companies and players during the exhibition from November 8th to 11th in Busan, Korea. At that time, New PAL Online, a game filled with fascinating Chinese martial-arts, a soul of Chinese PAL PC games, will possibly take the chance to go abroad, spreading further the influence of PAL.
