BOULDER, Colo., Sept. 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- JNBridge, (www.jnbridge.com), a leading provider of interoperability tools that connect the Java and .NET Frameworks both on the ground and in the cloud, today announced it will be releasing JNBridgePro 6.1. The company's latest version of its core product has been upgraded to include support for Microsoft's Visual Studio 2012 and .NET Framework 4.5.
JNBridgePro connects Java and .NET Framework-based components and applications together with simple-to-use Visual Studio and Eclipse plug-ins that remove the complexities of cross-platform interoperability. JNBridge's interoperability software and adapters have received numerous accolades over the company's past 10 years, including being named to the 2012 SD Times 100, cited as a Gartner Cool Vendor and winning a Reader's Choice Award from Visual Studio Magazine.
"JNBridgePro's support for Visual Studio 2012 allows developers to explore and expose Java classes directly within Visual Studio 2012," said Wayne Citrin, CTO of JNBridge. "JNBridge provides solutions for quick and easy integration of Microsoft .NET and Java components and applications, without changing the underlying systems."
In addition to supporting Visual Studio 2012 and .NET Framework 4.5, JNBridgePro will remain fully compatible with previous versions of Visual Studio, starting with 2005, and will enable developers to build applications that target .NET Framework 2.0 through .NET Framework 4.5.
"JNBridge is a trusted resource for professional developers needing to integrate Java with their .NET applications," said Tom Lindeman, Director of the Visual Studio Industry Program at Microsoft. "JNBridge's compatibility with Visual Studio 2012 helps developers save time during their development cycle and reduces the amount of code they must recreate to launch powerful, modern applications."
Availability
JNBridgePro 6.1 will be available for download on Sept. 12, 2012 and can be purchased directly from JNBridge. For more information on JNBridgePro please visit: (www.jnbridge.com).
