While there are numerous services that can help consolidate your social media and contacts, they don’t really focus on how you can manage the entire collection as one coherent entity and use it to help get and retain your customers in business. Over the past year, Nimble.com has been working on doing just that and they hired me to produce one of my video screencast reviews to show you how.
Nimble does more than consolidate your status updates. It attempts to manage your contacts and make it easier to listen to the swirl of conversations and help businesses turn contacts into solid life-long customers. For example, it integrates with Hubspot to create lead scores and track when someone should be contacted, as you can see below.
