Good Data, a leading provider of on-demand, collaborative analytic solutions, today announced the integration of its on-demand analytics service with NetSuite, the industry's leading on-demand business management suite. Offered free to NetSuite customers, the analytics service enables NetSuite customers to analyze Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Ecommerce data across the entire business software suite, providing a broad analytical view of the business lifecycle.
Built using the NetSuite Business Operating System (NS-BOS) - NetSuite's cloud-based application development platform - the new integration can augment NetSuite data with data from other sources including website logs, Google AdWords, partner sales and marketing data, call records, and more.
"Most business intelligence (BI) solutions are too expensive and complex, even the emerging on-demand offerings," said
The integrated Good Data - NetSuite solution gives users a pre-populated CRM analytics dashboard across leads, opportunities, orders, accounts, and service incidents. Good Data provides a collaborative or social analytics experience; users can drill down and perform ad-hoc analysis with an easy to use Web 2.0 report builder interface, collaborate with co-workers by discussing, annotating, tagging, and creating their own versions or visualizations of reports, and track new or updated analytics related to their projects via the "Pulse" news feed, all to gain more insight around customer activities. Users can also upgrade to a paid service when they wish to capture more historical data, custom NetSuite fields, or incorporate additional data sources for further analysis.
"With NetSuite continuing to acquire larger customers and going deeper into vertical markets, the need for a Business Intelligence partner such as Good Data is customer driven," said
Good Data is a member of NetSuite's SuiteCloud Developer Network, a multi-tiered program for commercial software developers that enables them to quickly go to market with new on-demand business applications that leverage the power of NetSuite. "Our NetSuite customers ask us for deeper reporting and analytics all the time," said
